• Led the end-to-end brand launch, partnering with an outside creative agency on identity
• Built and launched mortgagespot.com with compliance-reviewed content
• Launched multi-channel paid media: Search, Performance Max, YouTube/CTV, Meta, and Microsoft Ads
• Stood up lifecycle and transactional email with lead-nurture journeys
• Implemented cross-domain GA4 conversion tracking through the loan application
• Partnered with mortgage leadership on Reg Z, RESPA, and UDAAP review of every asset
• Planned a grand-opening networking event for realtors, builders, and title partners
